Nearly any task that you have trained Australian staff to complete, can be completed by your VA. Filipino workers excel at the tasks Australian staff don’t want to do.

What does it cost?

This will depend on the skills you require but you can work on ~ from $2200 AUD per month plus GST.

Is my VA a contractor?

No. All VAs are hired as full-time staff.

How long before my VA can start to work for me?

Recruiting staff in the Philippines is very similar to Australia. Allow ~ 1 month to advertise, interview staff, and reference check. Allow for the candidate to give one month’s notice to their existing employer. If you’re looking for part-time staff then we may be able to provide someone straight away.

Do I need to hire a VA full-time?

No. Our model allows you to start from as little as one day per week with a VA.

Will my VA speak fluent English?

Yes. We encourage video calls as part of the onboarding and training process. Download the PDF For More Information

What happens if there’s a problem with my VA?

We have an Australian manager onsite with qualifications in HR, Audit, and Workplace training. They work out of the same offices as your VA. You will be introduced and provided with their contact details. On top of this, we have a Brisbane office to manage any special requests. Our business is aligned with the success of our onshore clients.
