SE Qld Virtual Assistants (SEQVA) was established to provide a solution for Small to Medium Enterprises based in South East Qld. With the cost and headache of employing onshore staff seemingly only increasing, we aim to give you access to a larger pool of workers.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
SEQVA does not record or capture data from visitors to the website. Where a “contact us” form has been completed and sent, this information is sent via email to our director, who will use that same information to contact you. The email and the information provided is not recorded into a CRM database. It will be archived or deleted from the email account which is provided by a third party in Google as part of a G Suite subscription. SEQVA takes your privacy seriously. It has commenced the process of ISO accreditation for ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management systems. The security of your Personal Information is important to us but remember that no method
of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This policy is reviewed and audited every 12 months with the details recorded as part of our ISO process. Any changes to the policy will see the policy updated and published on the website.
